- Then to it add, melted butter, vanilla essence. Combine them well. Then keep a strainer over the bowl and add all the dry ingredients like maida/flour, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder and baking soda.



- Seive them and mix everything well. At this point of time, add 1/4th cup of milk and combine everything well using fold and cut method. Donot whisk it just mix everything and combine them well.



- Finally add choco-chips in it and mix it well with the batter. Now divide the batter and fill 3/4th part them in the cupcake moulds. Sprinkle some more choco-chips over it.



- Now take a kadai for pre-heating with it's base covered with salt and a stand over it. Then put another thin plate over the stand, as shown in the image below. Now cover the kadai and pre-heat it for 5 mins on high flame and then 3 mins. on medium flame.



- Now place the cupcake moulds over the plate, as shown below. Now cover the kadai and bake it on a low flame for about 15 to 20 mins. Then let it cool down. Demould them gently.



- Now for chocolate icing, microwave cream, chocolate (compound) and butter for about 40 seconds then mix everything well. Now keep this chocolate mixture in the freezer for about half an hour to set. Then remove it and fill it in a piping bag with an attached nozzle of your choice and decorate the cake accordingly.



- To decorate them, sprinkle with some more chocolate chips and cake sprinkler. Your chocolate cupcakes are now ready to serve. Enjoy with your loved ones.
